Recently, the firm secured substantial Series A funding from leading industry investors to speed up commercial growth.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Lead to spearhead and expand our marketing efforts during a vital growth phase. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, this individual will oversee multiple marketing channels, including D2C, B2B, and KOL pipelines, leveraging data-centric strategies to drive business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee coordination of internal teams and external marketing agencies
- Implement scalable marketing frameworks aligned with growth objectives
- Manage and refine marketing initiatives across digital content, events, email campaigns, paid media, PR, and partnerships
- Collaborate with CRM teams to develop focused outreach programs
- Regularly assess channel effectiveness and optimize resource allocation
- Craft persuasive messaging tailored to clinical, commercial, and investor audiences
- Convert clinical data into engaging marketing communications
- Create educational and clinical marketing resources for healthcare providers and partners
- Organize, monitor, and participate in industry trade exhibitions
Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in marketing with progressive leadership roles
- Background in MedTech, healthcare, or regulated medical markets preferred
- Skilled in managing diverse marketing channels and simultaneous projects
- Experience with marketing scientifically validated or clinically supported products is advantageous
- Strong ability to work across teams and functions
- Successful track record in dynamic, growth-stage startup settings
- Data-informed decision-making aptitude paired with effective execution
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on implementation
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or comparable software
