Role overview
McDonald’s is seeking a full-time maintenance team member for its Auburn, Indiana restaurant. The position is centered on keeping the restaurant clean, safe, organized, and operating smoothly for both guests and crew.
Compensation and benefits
- Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.75 per hour, along with cash incentives.

Key responsibilities
- Keep guest-facing and employee-accessible areas clean, orderly, and well maintained.
- Receive deliveries and help restock supplies as needed.
- Carry out regular equipment checks and basic safety inspections for the building and systems.
- Support food safety and storage standards by maintaining a high level of upkeep.
