Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, the Luxury Market Development Manager will spearhead market penetration for the Don Ramón Tequila premium line within luxury restaurants, upscale bars, hotels, and other elite on-premise venues. As the crucial link between the Mexico-based Don Ramón brand team and Mexcor International's US sales team, the role focuses on securing new accounts, forging strong relationships with key hospitality decision-makers, boosting brand presence, and delivering memorable brand experiences through education, events, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new high-end on-premise accounts within assigned regions.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with venue owners, general managers, beverage directors, and influential hospitality figures.
  • Promote premium menu placements, signature cocktails, back-bar visibility, and brand activations.
  • Organize luxury events, tastings, consumer engagements, and bespoke brand experiences.
  • Lead educational sessions and staff training to enhance product knowledge and brand advocacy.
