Lounge Host/Hostess

About the Role

Join the team at Manta Air as a Lounge Host/Hostess at Velana International Airport. This role involves managing the catering arrangements within Manta Lounges and ensuring exceptional service to passengers.

Primary Duties

• Organize and prepare catering setups at Manta Lounges.
• Receive and handle catering and associated materials.
• Arrange food stations and related areas as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lounge environment.
• Greet passengers upon entrance and assist them until departure.
• Communicate vital information regarding clients’ international flight arrivals to the resort.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Successful completion of the GCE O’ Level Examination with at least three passes, including English and Dhivehi; or relevant experience demonstrating the necessary capabilities.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and general data management software.
• Ability to work flexible shifts covering days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in spoken, written, and reading English and Dhivehi.
