Role overview
This position is for a BPO telecalling role focused on collection activities, with communication handled in Marathi and Hindi. The job involves both inbound and outbound calling as part of loan recovery and payment follow-up operations.
Key responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage customer calls related to collections and recovery, support payment follow-ups, and handle both incoming and outgoing conversations professionally. The role is suited to someone comfortable with voice-based customer interaction and collection-related work.
Candidate profile
Applicants should have good communication skills. Both freshers and candidates with prior experience are welcome to apply. The employer specifies that graduation is not required, and the minimum qualification is HSC pass.
Work schedule
The shift timing is 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
