About the Company
DTCP is an independent investment management firm managing over 2.5 billion euros in assets with a team exceeding 50 professionals. The firm emphasizes digital transformation through two main investment approaches: Growth Equity III (GE III), targeting leading software companies across Europe, Israel, and the US with over 30 investments, and Digital Infrastructure Vehicle II (DIV II), aiming to deploy in excess of €1 billion in European digital infrastructure assets, focusing on mobile access towers, fiber networks, and data centers.
Role Overview
We are searching for highly motivated interns to join our Digital Infrastructure team based in London. The intern will contribute to sourcing and executing new investment deals and assist in managing current portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct preliminary screening and summarize potential investment opportunities.
- Perform in-depth market studies and analytical assessments.
- Develop financial models and carry out data analyses using Excel.
- Prepare informational content for both internal use and external communications.
Candidate Profile
Candidates should have successfully completed at least four semesters of academic study and demonstrate outstanding academic achievements. A passionate interest in digital transformation and an aptitude for analyzing diverse business models and financial documents are essential. Prior experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or transaction services is expected.
