Key responsibilities

• Create and update detailed financial models and valuation analyses
• Prepare pitch books, client presentations, and marketing materials

• Help manage due diligence and coordinate with clients, buyers, and investors

Qualifications and requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking or a closely related advisory role
