Inventory Listings Coordinator

Overview

Tri-State Bobcat is looking for a meticulous and well-organized Inventory Listings Coordinator to oversee the management and upkeep of our online inventory across our official website and various external platforms. The role entails ensuring that every listing related to equipment, attachments, and parts is accurate, uniform, and presented professionally for our customers.

This position will be pivotal in controlling the quality of listings, photo showcases, and content coherence across diverse locations and sales channels. Additionally, this role includes support for Shopify parts listings and occasional travel to other company branches as required.

Primary Duties

• Create, revise, and sustain online listings for equipment, attachments, and parts on the company’s web portal and third-party platforms.
• Manage and upload high-quality images of machinery to enhance presentation.
• Compose and refine listing descriptions to ensure precision, clarity, and professionalism.
• Keep pricing, specifications, serial numbers, and inventory data current and precise.
• Promptly remove listings of sold or inactive inventory from all platforms.
• Ensure consistency in format, branding, and style for all listings across channels.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to obtain accurate inventory insights.
• Maintain and update product listings for parts on Shopify, including imagery and inventory accuracy.
• Travel to different company locations to support inventory updates and photo documentation when necessary.
• Conduct regular audits of listings to detect and correct errors or outdated content.
• Contribute to continuous enhancements in listing process and online presentation standards.

Candidate Profile

• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on high accuracy.
• Strong skills in written communication and meticulous proofreading.
• Capability to efficiently organize and manage multiple listings concurrently.
• Comfortable navigating websites, inventory tracking systems, and other online tools.
• Basic familiarity with photo editing or managing images is a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to other company facilities.
• Prior experience in equipment sales, dealership environments, or inventory-focused roles is highly regarded.

This role plays a direct part in shaping how potential customers perceive our inventory online. Accurate, clear, and appealing listings strengthen customer interest, foster trust, and support sales growth throughout the business.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Location: Burnsville, Minnesota.
