About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated team member eager to grow through commitment and hard work as a Store Incharge. This position requires managing various store operations and ensuring smooth daily functioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage counter sales effectively.
• Verify that samples correspond accurately to available stock and handle creation or repair of samples.
• Perform data entry for merchandise tracking.
• Monitor daily stock requirements and maintain updated inventory records.
• Handle receiving, sending deliveries, and manage packing or unpacking of stock.
• Welcome and assist customers during visits, recommending suitable upselling options.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven prior experience in sales is essential.
• Flexibility to undertake field visits as necessary.
• Proficient in organizational tools such as Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
• Capability to lift weights of 23 kilograms or more, aligned with industry needs.
• Strong verbal communication abilities.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Excellent customer service aptitude.
• Ability to function efficiently under pressure and adhere to deadlines.
• Maintain housekeeping standards within the store.
