The Texas Department of Criminal Justice is seeking a Human Resources Specialist II to manage essential HR tasks including running queries, processing criminal history reports, fingerprinting new hires, and auditing onboarding documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute queries and generate criminal background reports.
- Fingerprint newly hired employees as part of onboarding procedures.
- Audit the documentation required for onboarding processes to ensure compliance.
Candidate Profile

Additional Information
- Retiree salary is set 2.5% below the posted rate.
