  • Ensure all HR processes follow GDPR and other relevant privacy and data-protection requirements.
  • Manage the monthly payroll process for UK and Europe operations, including accurate pay calculations, tax-related reporting, and statutory deductions.
  • Work closely with external payroll vendors to resolve payroll issues, support year-end activities, and submit required regulatory filings.
  • Track changes in employment and payroll legislation across the UK and Europe to keep practices compliant.
  • Advise managers and employees on policies, conflict handling, and disciplinary matters.
