Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations professional who can enhance our employee-related processes by adding structure, precision, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in employee insurance, proficient use of Darwinbox HRMS, and strong MIS reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive employee insurance programs involving policy management, renewals, claims handling, employee assistance, and coordination with insurers.
  • Produce accurate MIS reports, monitor claims, analyze policy usage, and prepare dashboards using advanced Excel functionalities to facilitate operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
  • Assist in payroll processing by verifying inputs, conducting validations, and collaborating with relevant departments.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations such as PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other labor laws.
  • Maintain precise and up-to-date employee records and HR information.
  • Generate various HR reports and dashboards to support managerial decisions.
  • Initiate and implement process improvements and automation efforts via Darwinbox or equivalent HRMS platforms.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and HR operational topics.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR Operations.
  • Hands-on expertise in managing employee insurance and benefits administration (mandatory).
  • Proficient with advanced Excel techniques including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboard creation, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with payroll procedures and compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Experience with Darwinbox or similar HRMS software preferred.
  • Capability to manage and analyze complex datasets for an employee base ranging between 8,000 and 10,000+ individuals.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and driven by process optimization.
