HR Assistant / HR Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a committed HR Assistant / HR Executive to manage various personnel-related administrative tasks. This position serves as a bridge between HR managers and employees to promote clear communication and swift resolution of inquiries. The role also involves supporting everyday HR functions and aiding in the management of HR policies, procedures, and documentation.

Primary Duties

• Assist in daily HR operations and responsibilities.
• Provide clerical and administrative aid to HR executives.
• Maintain and update both physical and digital employee records.
• Handle documentation and generate reports on personnel matters, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate HR initiatives such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys while recording minutes.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, regulations, and issues.
• Support payroll processing through relevant data management like absences, bonuses, and leaves.
• Liaise with public authorities when appropriate.
• Manage complaint and grievance handling procedures effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in an HR Assistant, Staff Assistant, or similar HR/administrative role.
• Proficient typing skills with strong MS Office competency.
• Practical experience operating HRIS or HRMS platforms.
• Knowledge of ATS software and resume database management.
• Fundamental understanding of labor laws.
• Excellent organizational abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is required.
