Job description
Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned HR & Administration Officer to become part of our Dubai-based team. This full-time role involves overseeing daily HR and administrative operations to maintain a professional, organized, and efficient work environment.
Key Duties
- Handle daily HR tasks such as managing employee records, assisting with onboarding, managing personnel documentation, and handling HR communication.
- Organize recruitment processes including CV evaluation, interview planning, liaising with candidates and recruitment agencies.
- Support payroll tasks, leave and attendance tracking, administering employee benefits, and other related HR activities.
- Ensure precise maintenance of confidential HR databases, employee files, and information systems.
- Supervise front office activities by greeting visitors, managing phone calls, responding to inquiries, processing deliveries, ensuring a welcoming reception.
- Provide administrative assistance to management by preparing reports, correspondence, presentations, scheduling meetings, and coordinating daily operations.
- Oversee office functions such as managing supplies, coordinating couriers, arranging travel, and fulfilling general administrative needs.
- Respond promptly and professionally to HR and administrative inquiries from employees.
- Guarantee adherence to UAE Labour Law, company policies, and internal HR regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding employee and company information.
- Contribute to additional administrative projects and business initiatives as assigned within the responsibilities of the role.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least five years of HR and Administration experience in the UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (oral and written) is essential for effective communication with employees, visitors, business associates, and government bodies.
- In-depth knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa and immigration processes, and HR compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software such as Odoo or its equivalent.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple simultaneous priorities with precision and confidentiality.
- Immediate or short-notice availability is considered advantageous.
