About the Role

Zurich Life Assurance plc is seeking a Group PRSA Pensions Administrator to become part of their Group Pensions team based in Blackrock, Dublin. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administration of Group PRSA pension schemes and policies effectively.
• Prioritize customer needs by fostering strong relationships with corporate clients.
• Collaborate closely with other departments including Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and Marketing within Corporate Life & Pensions.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Possess a third-level qualification.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Word applications.
• Numerical aptitude is desirable though not mandatory.
• Understanding of pension regulations and revenue guidelines is preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Capable of working both autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with colleagues and clients alike.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and ambitious individual.
