Job Overview
We are looking for a Front Office Agent to join our Cocoon Hotel Sendlinger Tor in Munich on a full-time basis starting immediately. This role serves as the welcoming face of the hotel and plays a key part in shaping guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and provide them with comprehensive assistance during their stay.
- Share local insider tips and fulfill guest requests with a friendly attitude.
- Handle complaints and challenging situations sensitively and empathetically, turning feedback into positive outcomes.
- Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and cocktails, along with small snacks, contributing to a relaxed ambiance.
- Maintain and update data within the "Apaleo" reservation and guest management system.
- Manage various administrative and organizational duties related to Front Office operations reliably behind the scenes.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and assist proactively wherever needed in urgent situations.
Candidate Profile
- Previous hotel experience is welcome but not mandatory; a motivated career changer is also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrates commitment, reliability, and flexibility, enjoying working collaboratively in a team.
- Acts as a heartfelt and open-minded host.
- Remains calm and composed under pressure.
- Works with an organized and structured approach.
- Possesses proficiency in German (at least B2 level) and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
