Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main operational partner to the Founder & CEO, contributing directly to the company's growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations including human resources, finance, administration, and internal workflows.
  • Handle financial reporting, planning, and monitor core metrics to maintain transparency and reliability.
  • Lead strategic projects such as designing an AI-powered pricing model and spearheading international expansion into three new countries.
  • Support founders with strategic endeavors including relations with investors, board meeting preparation, and critical hiring decisions.
  • Administrate CEO’s schedule, manage priorities, coordinate meetings, business travel, and follow-ups to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist HR functions covering hiring logistics, onboarding, offboarding, and employee administration.
  • Support finance activities including invoicing, expense management, payments, and liaising with external accountants.
  • Manage public relations, communications, social media accounts, and coordinate external partnerships, vendors, and events.
  • Assist sales teams by preparing internal reports, presentations, and various ad-hoc materials for management and stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements
