Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in organized on-the-job training programs supervised by seasoned flight dispatch staff.
  • Collaborate with Meteorological and Air Traffic Services (ATS) offices to facilitate dispatch tasks and ensure timely sharing of operational details.
  • Collect, verify, and supply necessary operational information sourced from web platforms, internal teams, and operational reports to assist dispatchers.
  • Join orientation sessions with other Network Control Centre functions to gain a broad understanding of interdepartmental processes and NCC operations.
  • Provide both administrative and operational assistance to the Network Control Centre team based on workload demands.
  • Contribute to dispatch-related projects by executing delegated tasks under guidance, enhancing operational effectiveness and personal growth.

Qualification Requirements
