Responsibilities

• Generate new membership sales by explaining the benefits of Stretch Zone to guests
• Provide friendly, high-quality customer service by welcoming clients, arranging appointments, responding to phone inquiries, and handling member questions or concerns
• Support member loyalty through consistent follow-up, proactive outreach, and a smooth client experience
• Communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching, work toward sales targets, promote add-on sessions, and keep improving sales approach and technique

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities and a genuine interest in helping people
• No prior degree or sales background is necessary, as training and support are provided
• Openness to learning new skills

Hiring Process

• Stage 1: Introductory phone conversation plus a single-question assessment
• Stage 2: Face-to-face interview
• Stage 3: Job offer followed by paid training
