Responsibilities
- Generate new membership sales by explaining the benefits of Stretch Zone to guests
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service by welcoming clients, arranging appointments, responding to phone inquiries, and handling member questions or concerns
- Support member loyalty through consistent follow-up, proactive outreach, and a smooth client experience
- Communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching, work toward sales targets, promote add-on sessions, and keep improving sales approach and technique
Qualifications
- Excellent communication abilities and a genuine interest in helping people
- No prior degree or sales background is necessary, as training and support are provided
- Openness to learning new skills
