Key Responsibilities

• Ensure buildings comply with Building Regulations and maintain the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).
• Communicate effectively with facilities companies, local councils, property managers, and building owners.
• Organize and coordinate the activities of field technicians to ensure smooth operations.
• Issue BWOF certificates and deliver status updates to the Key Account Manager.

• Strong skills in time management and self-organization.
• High standards in professionalism, business ethics, and environmental health and safety awareness.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Capable of problem-solving and troubleshooting challenges.
