About the Role and Company
Chubb Fire & Security, a trusted global leader with over 200 years of experience in fire safety solutions, is hiring a Fire Compliance Coordinator in New Plymouth, Taranaki. Our company specializes in protecting people, property, and assets worldwide by providing cutting-edge systems including fire detection, suppression, CCTV surveillance, and intruder alarms. Key Responsibilities
- Ensure buildings comply with Building Regulations and maintain the Building Warrant of Fitness (BWOF).
- Communicate effectively with facilities companies, local councils, property managers, and building owners.
- Organize and coordinate the activities of field technicians to ensure smooth operations.
- Issue BWOF certificates and deliver status updates to the Key Account Manager.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong skills in time management and self-organization.
- High standards in professionalism, business ethics, and environmental health and safety awareness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of problem-solving and troubleshooting challenges.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently.
