Overview
The role of Financial Service Manager involves leading a team and providing expert financial guidance across diverse products and services. This position requires evaluating clients' comprehensive financial situations, identifying their requirements, and crafting robust financial strategies to steer them towards profitable and secure financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit high-caliber advisors and ensure their licensing compliance to meet yearly targets.
- Deliver comprehensive on-the-job training, supervise advisor performance, and facilitate goal attainment.
- Oversee investment persistence by the advisor team to ensure collective profitability.
Advancement Opportunities
- Possibility of promotion to the next designation upon 100% goal completion within 6 to 12 months.
- Potential progression to Branch Manager after 12 months.
