About the Role
Aditya Birla Capital is seeking a Financial Development Associate based in Kolkata, Park Street. The primary focus of this role is to provide strategic guidance across a diverse range of financial products and services, helping clients craft comprehensive financial plans aligned with their needs and securing profitable financial decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit highly capable financial advisors and ensure they complete necessary certifications to meet annual performance targets.
- Deliver on-the-job training, actively manage, and monitor advisor performance to support goal achievement.
- Drive sustained investment growth through the advisory team to maximize overall team profitability.
Career Progression and Benefits
- Successful completion of annual goals within 6 to 12 months can lead to promotion to the next designation.
