Position Overview
The F&B Reservations Agent role at St. Regis Hotels & Resorts focuses on creating an exceptional dining experience that goes beyond serving food. The position involves greeting and assisting guests, coordinating with kitchen staff, managing table settings, and ensuring the cleanliness of work areas. The goal is to deliver memorable service while maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively providing diverse services to enhance guest satisfaction during meals.
- Setting up tables, communicating with the kitchen, and engaging with guests directly.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas and supplies.
- Ensuring personal appearance, uniform, and communication are professional and meet company standards.
- Performing physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, moving over uneven surfaces, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds with assistance.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D).
- Less than one year of relevant work experience preferred.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification is necessary for this role.
