Overview

The Facilities Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the efficient upkeep, management, and operation of the corporate office environment. This position ensures a secure, productive, and well-maintained workspace that aligns with the company’s standards and supports employee productivity.

Key Duties

  • Manage daily building operations including cleaning, HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.

  • Prepare and monitor annual facilities budgets covering utilities, maintenance, and capital investments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional certifications such as IFMA CFM, BIFM, NEBOSH or IOSH are advantageous.
