Position Summary
This role goes beyond traditional guest check-in and check-out services, aiming to craft an unforgettable and unique experience for each guest. As a Guest Experience Expert, you will proactively deliver a variety of services to assist guests throughout their stay. You will have the freedom to move within your designated area and address all operational needs, handle guest requests, generate necessary reports, and share information about local attractions to ensure transactions are woven seamlessly into the guest's experience.
Irrespective of the role, key factors for success include maintaining a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance through uniform, grooming, and communication. The position requires considerable physical activity, including standing, sitting, or walking for long periods, as well as a hands-on approach involving moving or lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds independently. Carrying out these tasks diligently, alongside any other job duties assigned, is critical to delivering excellence to both guests and the business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational attainment: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
- No prior related work or supervisory experience is necessary
- No licenses or certifications are required
