Role overview
We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of a leading premium consumer brand based in White City, London. This is a hybrid position with three days each week in the office, and it sits within a collaborative executive support function for an international business known for creativity, innovation and strong performance.
The role is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours per week, and offers a salary of £60,000 plus benefits. It is an excellent opportunity for an organised and adaptable EA who enjoys working closely with senior leaders in a busy, fast-moving environment.
What you'll do
- Keep the diaries of both executives running smoothly by managing complex, frequently changing schedules and balancing competing priorities.
- Arrange internal and external meetings, and prepare the supporting material such as agendas, briefing packs and other documents needed in advance.
- Spot clashes early and take action to protect executive time and priorities.
- Draft, format and check presentations, reports and confidential paperwork to a high standard.
- Handle UK and overseas travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas and detailed itineraries.
- Submit expenses accurately through the organisation's expense system.
- Develop effective relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners across the business.
- Protect sensitive information and act as a dependable gatekeeper with professionalism and discretion.
- Work closely with the wider Executive Assistant community to ensure consistent support across the leadership team.
- Assist with additional administration and project coordination whenever needed.
What we're looking for
- Substantial experience supporting C-suite executives or members of an Executive Leadership Team.
- Excellent diary management and general organisation skills.
- Confidence in juggling multiple priorities while staying calm under pressure.
- Strong accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.
- Previous experience arranging complex international travel and executive meetings.
- A proactive, practical approach with the ability to anticipate needs before they are raised.
- A high level of discretion, maturity and emotional intelligence.
- A team-focused mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the EA team.
