Overview
The Employee Experience Advisor will be responsible for delivering a consistent and superior employee experience by overseeing workplace environment standards, contributing valuable insights for improvement, and actively promoting employee experience initiatives throughout the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for workplace (facilities) experience matters within the Dublin Airport Central building, ensuring a consistent high-quality and positive environment for employees.
- Maintain and coordinate workplace experience standards by working closely with business stakeholders, service providers, and colleagues to detect gaps, implement solutions, and drive ongoing improvements.
- Oversee relationships with workplace suppliers and service partners to ensure excellent service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
- Lead the analysis and enhancement of the employee journey during critical lifecycle phases, uncovering pain points and opportunities to elevate employee engagement and experience.
- Facilitate and advance employee experience projects with HR and business teams to improve key employee lifecycle touchpoints.
- Collect, analyse, and interpret employee feedback and experience data to reveal trends, opportunities, and actions that boost engagement and workplace satisfaction.
- Manage employee experience initiatives and cross-functional workstreams, ensuring alignment and transparency of activities across the company.
- Promote a culture focused on continuous improvement by championing employee experience efforts, influencing stakeholders, and identifying ways to streamline and enhance workplace and employee experiences.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 4 years of professional experience in employee experience, workplace experience, stakeholder engagement, or relationship management roles.
- Proven ability to coordinate several workstreams and priorities effectively in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience overseeing projects or initiatives from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated capacity to collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve business results.
- Strong background in collecting, interpreting, and acting on employee feedback, engagement data, or insights.
- Experience identifying and executing process improvements or enhancing services.
- Familiarity with managing vendor and supplier relationships and supervising service performance.
- Participation in supporting employee engagement, culture, or experience-focused initiatives.
