Role Overview

As Digital Data & Tracking Manager at Ernsting's family, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining client- and server-side tracking solutions for both the webshop and the app. Your role involves ensuring precise conversion and session tracking while adhering to fundamental privacy and consent regulations such as GDPR and CMP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support implementation and maintenance of client- and server-side tracking within the webshop and mobile app, including rigorous testing and compliance with privacy standards.
  • Assist in managing tracking systems for digital marketing channels to guarantee accurate measurement of conversions and user sessions.
  • Contribute to data quality monitoring and aid in establishing and maintaining alert systems for unusual data patterns.
  • Collaborate closely with teams from Digital Marketing, IT, and Data departments to align tracking requirements and internal data flow processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Some hands-on experience in digital tracking or web/marketing analytics, such as implementing or analyzing tracking setups.
  • Basic knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Commanders Act, Google Tag Manager).
