Application process
After you apply, you will be invited to a short chat interview. This is a low-pressure alternative to a phone interview and includes five questions. It usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes and should ideally be completed within 24 hours, although you can pause and return to it later. After finishing, you will receive a personality profile that outlines your strengths.
If the invitation does not appear in your inbox, you should check your junk or spam folder.
