About the Role
In this Daw Park Trade Counter position, you will split your time between making deliveries, assisting plumbers and other trades customers, and handling a range of tasks that help the warehouse and trade counter operate efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Transport parts and products to customers using a company vehicle.
- Carry out picking, packing, and stock control duties.
- Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe branch and warehouse environment.
- Support customers with product information and general service enquiries.
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, with a genuine interest in helping people face to face and by phone.
- Ability to pick orders, keep displays well presented, and provide accurate information.
- Comfort using computers and willingness to learn new systems.
- A clean, valid driver’s licence and flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
- Interest in building a long-term career locally, across the network, or at head office.
