Role Overview

As a Deck Hand, you will play an essential role in maintaining the yacht's pristine condition and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You'll partner with the captain and hotel team to deliver luxurious and seamless service, whether during scenic cruises or private charter events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the yacht’s cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness at all times.
• Perform docking, cleaning, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Assist guests in boarding and provide attentive support throughout their time on board.
• Uphold all safety protocols and operational standards.
• Collaborate closely with the captain and hotel staff to create memorable guest experiences.
• Embody the hotel's core values in daily activities and guest interactions.

Requirements

• Possess a genuine passion and personality that contribute positively to the team.
• Demonstrate expertise in boating operations with a clear understanding of luxury service standards.
• Exhibit outstanding communication skills and professional presentation as a representative of the hotel at sea.
• Hold a valid UAE Small Boat Driving License or equivalent certification authorized to operate this category of vessel.
• Proficient in English for effective onboard communication; knowledge of languages such as Arabic, French, Italian, or Russian is advantageous.
• Show a natural aptitude for anticipating guest needs, remaining composed under pressure, and maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
