Role Overview

As a Doorman at The Lana, you serve as the welcoming face of the hotel, ensuring guests feel at home from their first moments. This full-time permanent position in the Rooms - Concierge division demands professionalism and dedication to delivering the highest standards of service. You will perform duties ranging from greeting guests, handling luggage, to collaborating with team members to enhance guests’ overall experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and visitors, creating a hospitable and memorable first impression of the hotel.
• Manage the delivery and collection of guest luggage efficiently and courteously.
• Support other hotel staff, including luggage porters, fellow doormen, and drivers, to ensure seamless guest service.
• Exhibit flexibility and creative problem-solving when addressing special guest requests and unexpected challenges.
• Represent the hotel’s core values of Passion, Personality, Respect, Teamwork, and Creativity in all interactions.
