Job Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, chat, and email platforms.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining professionalism.
- Keep precise and up-to-date documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with different internal departments to address and solve customer problems.
- Strive to maintain and increase customer satisfaction levels.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Fundamental computer literacy.
- Previous experience working in customer support roles.
- Capability to perform effectively within a dynamic, fast-moving work environment.
- Demonstrates problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new concepts.
