Job Overview
The company is seeking a proactive and client-oriented Customer Support Executive to handle client communications concerning IT service and digital marketing projects. The professional will serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to guarantee smooth project workflows and satisfactory client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate closely with IT and Digital Marketing teams to gather project updates.
- Accurately capture and document client requirements.
- Provide clients with consistent updates on campaign and project performance.
- Manage new client onboarding processes.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Address and resolve client complaints professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date CRM entries and client databases.
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and handle contract renewals.
Requirements
- Proficient communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts including SEO, social media, and advertisements.
- Fundamental understanding of IT services such as websites, applications, and software.
- Strong ability to coordinate and follow up effectively.
- Familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in client handling is preferred.
