Position Overview
Gritter Francona is seeking a Customer Service Technician to assist with a contract related to Veterans Affairs. This role involves addressing technical problems reported by clients, serving as a communication bridge among operations teams, clients, and Engineering/Development groups.
Key Responsibilities
The technician will respond effectively to customer requests for help using established manuals and scripted guidelines. The candidate must navigate customer interactions proficiently and escalate persistent technical issues to the relevant engineering support team.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Experienced in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical problems.
- Capable of prioritizing and carrying out multiple tasks under pressure.
- Previous experience working in a collaborative, agile, and team-focused setting.
- Highly driven and capable of managing cross-disciplinary triage conference calls.
- Skilled in documenting and clearly communicating temporary solutions and fixes.
