Position Summary
BlueScope Distribution, a comprehensive provider of steel and aluminium products, processing, and services, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team in Kewdale, Western Australia. This role focuses on supporting diverse industries by ensuring timely and specification-compliant project deliveries. The company enables its clients to focus on their core operations by providing reliable service and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through phone and email to handle quotations and inquiries.
- Follow up on quotes and enquiries, converting them into sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, warehouse, and sales to meet customer requirements.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to discover new business and sales potential.
- Continuously seek improvements to enhance customer experience and value proposition.
Candidate Profile
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to resolve issues with confidence and efficiency.
- Proactive in fostering constructive and effective relationships.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn new systems.

Work Schedule and Other Information
This is a permanent full-time role with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM, based onsite in Kewdale, Western Australia. Applications close on Sunday, 9 August 2026.
