About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Communications Specialist to join our Customer Support vertical. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer queries, handling complaints and escalations from dissatisfied customers, and ensuring fault closure within defined service level agreements (SLAs). This position involves communicating through various channels including email, chat, phone, and in person, requiring strong typing and communication skills.
