Job Overview
Join Newday Hr Solution, a Kolkata-based authorized distributor established in 2007, specializing in retail sales of renowned multinational motorcycles and scooters in the petrol segment. We are seeking a CRM Executive to manage customer communications, follow-ups, and lead management through our CRM platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions including inquiries and feedback.
- Track leads diligently using the CRM system.
- Coordinate effectively with sales and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain precise and updated customer records within the database.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive service follow-ups.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a female candidate possessing excellent communication abilities and customer management skills, with prior experience in CRM handling specifically within automobile dealerships. The ideal candidate should excel in client coordination, follow-up processes, and nurturing lasting customer relationships.
