Underwriting and portfolio quality management

• Carry out risk and credit activities for basic assigned transactions while following the established framework and operating principles across ABHFL business lines.
• Take support from senior team members whenever needed and collect input on technical matters, including state-specific and property-specific factors that affect the risk review of individual cases.
• Coordinate with legal, technical, and other verification partners for legal-technical checks and case clarifications when files become complex.
• Track bounce rates and make sure they remain within the prescribed threshold.

Process efficiency

• Perform risk operations in an effective way that supports business outcomes while still meeting risk management requirements.
• Work closely with Credit Processing Analysts so that case files are correctly logged before credit operations begin.
• Follow process-based coordination with Sales and Operations teams to support decision-making and issue resolution aligned with business needs and risk controls; escalate to the RCM when necessary.
• Manage external vendors effectively to maintain report quality and turnaround time.
• Keep a close watch on costs and ensure they stay within budget.
• Enter data correctly in the LOS and maintain strong documentation quality.
• Ensure post-disbursement documents are collected within the assigned timeline.
