Role overview

This fixed-term, 6-month full-time position is based at Qantas Campus in Mascot. The role focuses on using customer data and insights to create stronger engagement and drive revenue growth for Qantas Business Rewards customers.

As a Consultant, Customer Engagement, you will make outbound B2B phone calls to Qantas Business Rewards members, identify opportunities from data, and help guide customers toward Qantas-first travel decisions. You will present relevant offers and products, strengthen program awareness, track engagement outcomes, and share market intelligence that can inform future decisions.

  • Commercial awareness and the ability to interpret data and act on insights.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with CRM reporting and database management; Salesforce experience is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Well-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
