Role Overview

The company seeks a Coach Recruiter & Operations Coordinator to lead and refine the systems and processes that support its community of coaches. This role focuses on attracting, hiring, nurturing, and retaining top coaching talent through scalable, personalized, and AI-augmented workflows that prioritize quality and care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize a high-volume recruitment funnel, from sourcing and referrals to interviews and hiring decisions, ensuring a positive candidate journey aligned with Mento’s culture.
• Oversee new coach onboarding, training, and activation by improving workflows through AI-enabled automation, templates, and data-driven feedback.
• Lead daily operations supporting the coach community, handling communications, requests, documentation, and continuous process updates to maintain satisfaction and efficiency.
• Analyze trends and bottlenecks in the coach lifecycle, developing AI-first solutions to address them and collaborating across teams to enhance support and program effectiveness.
• Develop AI-centric tools, prompts, automations, and dashboards that reduce manual tasks while preserving strong human judgment, continuously testing and iterating for quality and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is proactive, adept at managing end-to-end processes, and comfortable navigating ambiguity to deliver comprehensive solutions. They have practical experience applying AI and automation to redesign workflows and are equally skilled in hands-on execution and strategic improvement.
