About KidStrong
KidStrong is dedicated to helping parents nurture children who are stronger, smarter, and more athletic. Our private training centers provide a science-based curriculum focused on brain development, physical growth, and character building for children walking through 11 years old. Our programs are parent-oriented and delivered by professional coaching staff.
Role Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and passionate coaches with athletic or coaching backgrounds, ideally experienced in working with children aged 15 months to 8 years or with pediatric OT/PT expertise. This opportunity is based at our rapidly growing SoHo location.
Work Schedule and Flexibility
- Weekday classes are scheduled in mid-mornings and evenings until 7 pm.
- Weekend sessions begin at 8 AM and continue through lunchtime.
- Flexible scheduling options depending on studio demands.
- Possibility to increase hours through private coaching sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience coaching children within the KidStrong target age group.
- Ability to communicate effectively with parents and explain the curriculum.
- Intermediate understanding of physiology, proper exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills characterized by positivity, motivation, and effective communication.
- A proactive, self-starting approach to work.
