Responsibilities

• Use your skills in system troubleshooting and optimization to judge the precision and quality of AI-generated outputs.
• Detect inconsistencies, inaccuracies, or improbable situations in AI responses concerning EHRs, clinical software, and hospital infrastructure.
• Apply your comprehension of clinical and operational needs to improve AI's reasoning about healthcare settings.
• Deliver structured and detailed feedback following prescribed guidelines and rating frameworks.
• Operate independently on a flexible schedule with asynchronous work.

Candidate Profile

• Practical experience in supporting, managing, or enhancing healthcare IT systems like EHRs, clinical applications, or hospital infrastructure.
• Strong aptitude for technical troubleshooting and system-level thinking.
• Capability to connect clinical workflow knowledge with technical implementations.
• Clear and concise written communication skills for explaining complex systems simply.
• Meticulous and dependable when working autonomously.
• Prior experience with AI or data annotation is not necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with data annotation, quality assurance, or evaluation workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 or FHIR.
• Background collaborating with clinicians, IT professionals, or hospital operations teams.
