Cleaning Operative

Position Overview

This role requires an individual dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene to the highest standards as directed by management. Working Monday to Friday from 8am to 10am, the cleaning operative will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the contracted site and addressing any client concerns promptly.

Key Duties

• Maintain exceptional levels of cleaning and hygiene as instructed by supervisors.
• Handle and care for cleaning tools and equipment responsibly.
• Foster positive relationships with clients on site.
• Address any inquiries or complaints swiftly and professionally.
• Perform additional reasonable tasks as delegated by management.

Candidate Profile

• Legal eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
• Prior experience in cleaning roles is preferred.
• Strong customer service aptitude is essential.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills are required.
