Cleaning Operative

About the Role

Join OCS as a Cleaning Operative and contribute significantly to maintaining safe, spotless environments that empower our clients to excel in their workplaces.

Main Duties

• Maintain tidiness in work zones, and clean floors along with shared areas.
• Perform physically active tasks such as vacuuming carpeted surfaces, sweeping, mopping as necessary, emptying waste bins, and possibly sanitizing washrooms, which may involve extended standing periods.
• If cleaning duties occur in public or daytime settings, you will interact with customers and assist them by addressing cleaning-related questions or reporting concerns.
• Ensure completion of all Health and Safety documentation and attend designated training sessions.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess legal eligibility to work in the UK.
• Own a smartphone capable of running the Timegate Time and Attendance app for clocking in/out and receiving task notifications, including logging cleaning activities.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory as full training is provided.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail and diligence in task execution.
