About the Role

This full-time Chef de Partie position sits within Cafe the Pantry at Park Hyatt Auckland. The role focuses on preparing and plating high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. You will support service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and play an important part in delivering a memorable dining experience within the front-of-house kitchen environment.

Key Duties

  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in preparing and presenting premium-quality dishes.
  • Run your section in a clean, organised, efficient, and safe manner.
  • Work closely with the wider kitchen team to maintain smooth service and exceed guest expectations.
  • Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at every stage of preparation and service.
