Job description

About the Role

Join a fast-growing global company as the architect of our company vehicle fleet program. You'll take ownership of crafting processes, policies, and a comprehensive operating model for several hundred vehicles distributed across over a dozen countries. If you're passionate about building efficient operational systems from the ground up, this position offers a chance for real impact and autonomy within a dynamic Real Estate and Facilities team.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive global vehicle fleet policy, outlining eligibility, allocation methods, vehicle categories, procurement standards, cost responsibility, and compliance guidelines across multiple countries.
  • Manage all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle deliveries, driver's license checks, upkeep documentation, incident reporting, employee departure processes, and coordination of lease accounting.
  • Collaborate with teams across HR, Finance, Benefits, Legal, and Operations to ensure fleet procedures seamlessly integrate with overall employee and company workflows.
  • Research and implement scalable fleet management tools and automated solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Analyze costs, usage data, and compliance records across regions to continually adapt and improve the vehicle program.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in fleet management, mobility services, or a related operations or facilities function—with a preference for those who have built policies across borders.
  • Proficiency in lease accounting, payroll-related benefits, and gross-up calculations as they pertain to vehicle programs.
  • Demonstrated skill in uniting stakeholders (HR, Finance, Legal, business leaders) when initiating formal operational structures.
  • Ability to conceptualize policies and solve complex problems with a clear understanding of both purpose and process.
  • Excellent English verbal and written skills, particularly in translating regulatory or procedural requirements into understandable policy guidance for staff.

Perks & Unique Aspects

  • Significant authority to shape and define a critical, multinational vehicle program from inception.
  • Opportunity to influence company operations with visible results early in your tenure.
  • Daily collaboration with diverse teams, providing broad exposure to core business functions.

We are committed to creating a workplace that reflects the diverse communities we serve. Our hiring practices value inclusivity, encouraging people of all backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences to apply. Innovation and growth are fueled by bringing a range of voices and ideas to the table.
