About Wynn Al Marjan Island
Wynn Al Marjan Island is an upscale beachfront resort project in Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates, scheduled to open in 2027. Set on a scenic island in the Arabian Gulf and located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the integrated destination will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, a nightclub, and a five-star spa.
Role Overview
The resort is hiring a Butler for its Butler Services team. This role focuses on delivering highly personalized, discreet, and polished service to VIP guests throughout their stay.
Guest Service and Interaction
- Welcome VIP guests in a warm, professional manner and create a discreet, attentive service relationship.
- Support guests with luggage handling, including packing and unpacking to luxury standards.
- Provide suite introductions and help guests settle in comfortably.
- Manage requests, reservations, and guest preferences with precision and refinement.
- Stay ahead of guest needs and look for ways to enhance their experience proactively.
Suite Preparation and Day-to-Day Operations
- Prepare VIP suites before arrival in line with luxury and Forbes-level standards.
- Carry out detailed pre-arrival inspections and escalate any concerns without delay.
- Keep VIP pantries and service areas fully stocked, tidy, and well organized.
- Maintain accurate guest preference records.
- Complete checklists and handovers in a professional manner.
Food and Beverage Support
- Be familiar with resort dining outlets and make informed recommendations to guests.
- Ensure in-room dining orders are correct, delivered on time, and presented to a high standard.
Departure Handling
- Coordinate seamless guest departures, including bell service and transportation arrangements.
- Perform final suite inspections to confirm that no personal items are left behind.
Professional Conduct, Coordination, and Compliance
- Handle guest issues with discretion, calmness, and urgency.
- Communicate effectively with all departments to deliver smooth service.
- Maintain company standards, attend required training, and present a polished appearance.
Health, Safety, and Sustainability
- Follow strict hygiene and safety procedures at all times.
- Contribute to cleanliness, safety, and sustainability initiatives across the resort.
About You
The ideal candidate has strong experience in luxury hospitality and VIP guest service, along with the professionalism needed to represent a world-class resort brand.
Required Experience and Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in hospitality or luxury guest service within a 5-star environment, including a minimum of 3 years in VIP services.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills at VIP level.
- Fluency in at least two languages.
- Dependable, discreet, trustworthy, and confident.
- Well-presented, charismatic, courteous, and naturally focused on guest needs.
- Strong problem-solving ability and composure under pressure.
- Able to work collaboratively, adapt quickly, and respond effectively in a fast-paced luxury setting.
