Role Overview
Join Floweazy, an IT service company based in Bengaluru, as a Business Development Executive. In this role, you will focus on generating leads and expanding the client base across various industries, with some involvement in IT recruitment and product training.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads through LinkedIn and cold calling techniques.
- Maintain excellent communication abilities to engage prospects effectively.
- Manage multiple tasks with efficiency and agility.
- Contribute 20% of effort towards IT recruitment activities.
- Receive comprehensive training on Odoo ERP product to support sales efforts.
- Achieve client conversions to earn additional bonuses.
- Leverage influential skills to persuade and convert potential clients.
- Work across multiple industries to broaden business opportunities.
